Transaction Completed! Jack Technology Acquires 100% Equity of Comelz, Italy
On 23 July 2026, Jack Technology Co., Ltd., through its wholly-owned subsidiary bullmer, formally completed the acquisition of 100% equity in Comelz S.p.A. in Milan, Italy. Comelz has since become an important member of Jack Technology’s global footprint.
Founded in 1943, Comelz specialises in the cutting and processing of leather goods for footwear, bags and automotive interiors. Boasting world-leading AI leather defect detection and high-efficiency nesting utilisation technologies, it has long underpinned the manufacturing competitiveness of top European luxury brands. It holds a leading market position within Europe’s luxury leather goods sector. Its subsidiary Camoga, established in 1948, delivers exceptional and consistent processing precision and stands as a global pacesetter in the leather splitting machine segment.
Against the backdrop of intensifying homogeneous competition across China and Southeast Asia, this acquisition will accelerate the rollout of Comelz’s world-leading products and technologies in China and broader Asia, enabling customers to upgrade their products and reduce costs.
